OUR STORY
In 2023, as we started university, we quickly felt overwhelmed by tasks like course sign-ups and scholarships. But what really caught our attention was the state of customer service. Long hold times, repetitive music, and slow online responses made it clear that companies weren’t using AI effectively.
Even the chatbots were frustratingly basic. Frustration grew, but so did our determination. Piotr and the Mastermind kept envisioning a better solution, and that’s how ChatAIze was born. Around the same time, Leon, deep into his Entrepreneurship studies, jumped at the chance to turn this game-changing idea into reality when Piotr, his childhood friend, reached out.
We started by validating our idea through a real-world study with SWPS University, confirming that existing customer service solutions fell short. Customers wanted faster, smoother, and more intuitive experiences. With this insight, we relentlessly refined our solution—seeking advice, pitching at events, and incorporating every piece of feedback to create a fully automated, streamlined process.
We live in THE FUTURE nowadays. However, with all the cutting-edge technologies and innovative products, there are sooo many companies that seem stuck ‘back in the USSR’ with their business processes. And unlike the Beatles song, this is not fun for the stakeholders.
